How should I use CBD oil?


• Use the drops at least twice a day (in the morning and in the evening).

• Start with a low dose, for example 1 drop in the morning and 1 in the evening.


• Gradually build up the dose.


Please note: Listen to your body carefully. If you think that the amount of drops is too high, take a step back. Several small doses a day is better than one large dose!

Why start with a low dose?

CBD must be allowed to build up in the body. This takes time, it can take up to two weeks. If desired, you can increase the dosage after this.
